Backup Online is a secure, online phone
book where you can store all the contacts in your mobile's phone
book. Using Backup Online means you will never lose your phone
book, and makes upgrading your mobile, or replacing a lost or stolen
mobile much easier.
What is Number Backup?
Number Backup stores
all the contacts in your mobile's phone book and allows you to
restore all, or some of them using SMS (subject to terms &
conditions). Using the Number Backup service means that you will never
lose your phone book, and makes upgrading your mobile, or replacing
a lost or stolen mobile much easier.
What is
Number Synch?
Number Synch allows you to do a fully
automated synchronization of your contacts and numbers between your
mobile phone and your secure online account. During synchronization
your phone will automatically determine what information has changed
since your last sync and ensure the changes are saved to your online
account. In addition the synchronization spots any changes you have
made to your online account and sends these to your phone.
What are contacts?
'Contacts' are the
names and numbers stored in your mobile's phone book e.g. Dave
Smith, Work 02071234567, Home 02081234567, Mobile 07357123456
How many contacts can I store?
You
can store up to 500 names and associated numbers in your
account.
Note: This may be more than your mobile can store
so you must establish the capacity of your handset. Refer to your
mobile phone user guide for more information.
How do I sign up?

How much does it cost, and
what is included?
You will be charged a monthly subscription of
just £1.50 (inc. VAT). This includes free and unlimited access to

Yes. All data stored within your

How do I know that my data won't be
lost?
We regularly back up all your saved contacts to
secure servers separate from our main server. Our business is
dependent on our ability to save and restore your contacts and we
have designed our business to ensure the safety and security of your
information and take this extremely seriously.
